The first time I wore this dress, I immediately thought of Jessica Rabbit from the movie Who Framed Roger Rabbit. The thigh-high slit on one side and the mermaid-style silhouette it's classy and sexy at the same time. With just the right accessories and body shape tweaking, like using body deformers, we can make the iconic bombshell come to life.
What are body deformers, did you ask? In Second Life, they manipulate the position of the bones within your avatar skeleton. It can reduce your back, flatten your belly, flatten your boobs, and more. I mainly use it on a Reborn mesh body by eBODY. That is what I have on here. I wanted to exaggerate having bigger boobs, a smaller waist, and a bigger butt to create her signature hourglass figure. I used the Pretty Liars - eBody Deformers to achieve this look. Now before I used the deformers, I did edit my shape to bigger boobs and butt, so keep that in mind if you were to recreate this look. The added deformer creates an illusion that I have a narrow waist and large, broad hips, which makes Jessica's voluptuous physical characteristics.
However, this is not a comprehensive guide to how to become Jessica. I will note all of what I used in the credits. The red dress, by Sofia, will be at the Cosmopolitan Event until May 11th. There's plenty of time to grab this gorgeous piece. I am already considering pulling this out for one of the Halloween events in SL this year. ;)
